Ms. Loftin: I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2010 with a degree in Music Education k-12. After graduating from ASU, I started working in the Wake County Public School System. During college, I studied Irish Traditional music abroad in Ireland and toured NYC with the Appalachian Jazz ensemble.Throughout college I played in many different ensembles including; Marching Band,Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, Saxophone duets and quartets, and Saxophone Ensemble. I am still performing in the community with the NC Saxophone Ensemble. I am looking forward to continuing and building a tradition of excellence with the Banks Road music program!
